Pottery

Born in California, Mikayla is now a Chiswick-based potter who focuses largely on tableware and functional pieces.

She began her training here at Chiswick Pots, going on to take several workshops and classes in Europe and the US.

As a visually-impaired artist, her work highlights texture and feeling, often carving into her pieces to create tactile experiences for the consumer.

Mikayla believes that pottery is for everyone, no matter their age, background, or ability.
